Terms
Humanchat isn't open yet. These are the simple rules for using this website and joining the waitlist.
What this site is
This website tells you about Humanchat and lets you join a waitlist. The service itself is not live. When it opens, it will have its own terms, which you will need to accept before you use it.
Joining the waitlist
Joining is free and does not commit you to anything. It is not a booking, a purchase or a contract, and it does not guarantee you a place, an early invitation or a particular expert. We may change who we invite first, where we open and when, as we learn.
No payments
We do not take payments on this site. If anyone asks you to pay for a place on the Humanchat waitlist, it is not us.
Using the site
Please use the site honestly. Do not send us anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, do not try to break or overload the site, and do not use our forms to send other people's details without their permission.
Examples and photos
The sessions and experts shown on the site are examples of what could be offered. They are not offers from real people yet. Photos and video are from Unsplash and Pexels.
Our content
The Humanchat name, logo, writing and design belong to us. You are welcome to share links to the site. Please do not copy it or pass it off as your own.
No guarantees
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, while we are still building. We are not responsible for losses that come from using the site, except where the law says we must be.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can settle any dispute.
Questions
Say hi through the form on the home page and we will reply personally.
Be there when it opens
Humanchat isn't live yet. We're starting in London, and the first people on the waitlist will help shape it. One email when we open, nothing else.
